I have worked on multibillion dollar international commercial transactions and advised global companies to set up business in Vietnam. I regularly assist SMEs and individual clients with business and property transactions across Australia.
Emma has extensive experience in legal compliance, commercial and property transactions in Vietnam and Australia. She works with global companies, SMEs across various industries including IT, Pharmaceutical, Retail and Hospitality to individuals. Prior to joining Axegal, Emma worked with Baker Mckenzie, an Australian boutique law firm and an investment firm.

-Advising purchasers of properties ranging from off-the-plan development projects, home and land package, new dwellings and established dwellings
-Advising foreign investors about Foreign Investment Review Board’s approval requirements on real properties acquisition in Australia
-Covering all aspects of property transactions

-Advising business owners and investors with sale and purchase of small businesses;
-Advising foreign investors about Foreign Investment Review Board’s approval requirements on business acquisition in Australia
-Advising lessees and lessors/landlords in negotiating retail and commercial leases
-Advising start-ups in raising capital
Asian market experience
-Advising investors with complex market access issues and direct foreign investment procedures into the Vietnam’s market
-Advising replacement and termination of services of those in managerial positions, such as general managers, regional managers and chief representatives in Asian countries
-Advising on matters related to intra-corporate transfer, independent contractors and outsourcing arrangements;
-Advising on development projects sponsored by foreign NGOs and international organisations
-Advising on significant transactions in Southeast Asia including a business acquisition transaction with value of US$1.1 billion
